10 Step-ups
10 Scorpions
10 Therapy Squats
A. “Death By Squat Cleans”
Min 1=1 Squat Clean
Min 2=2 Squat Cleans
Min 3=3
Min 4=4
And so on….
Weight starts at 75/55lbs then
At min 5 moves up to 95/65 then
at min 10 moves up to 115/75 then
at min 15 moves up to 135/95 then
at min 20 if you are still going goes up to 155/105
