Warm-up (10)

Tabata- Mountain Climbers and Abmat Sit-ups

Tabata- Double Unders (practice if you don’t have them)

2 Minutes Max Effort- Handstand walk (for distance) OR Handstand Hold

A. Clean Complex- 8 Sets, heavy as possible (20 Minutes to work)

Clean+Front Squat+Push Jerk+Split Jerk

B. 10 Minute AMRAP-

75 Burpees to a target (ideally target is 6 inches of reach)

Max Power Clean and Jerks (135/95)

*Buy in is 75 Burpees to a target. Complete as many clean and jerks as possible with remaining time, your score is the number of clean and jerks completed.
