Warm-up Coach’s Led (15)

A. 12 Rounds For Time-

1 Rope Climb

5 Deadlifts (185/135)

5 Handstand Pushups

1 Power Clean (185/135)

*Scale the weight of the deadlift so that ALL 12 Rounds are unbroken. The goal here is to move at a steady and consistent pace, don’t go too hard out of the gate and hit muscular fatigue too early. Stagger as needed to share the ropes, substitute 5 TRX Rows for 1 Rope Climb
