On the First Minute do 1 round of Cindy: 5 Pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 Squats
On the Second Minute do 2 rounds of Cindy
Continue until you can’t complete the prescribed rounds in the given minute.
If you fail, rest for 1 round then repeat starting at 1 round again.
