P: 4 rounds for total time of:
10 6″ Target Burpees (absolutely as fast as possible)
15 UB Wall Balls 20/14
Rest 1:00 after each round.
*10 burpee penalty to be done AFTER the workout for every set of Wall Ball that is not completed as an unbroken set.
