Every 1:30 for 6:00 (5 total sets)-
5 UB T&G Power Clean & Push Jerks @ 70%

Conditioning:

F: SAME

P: 3 rounds: 1 Mile Run, rest as needed

Use mile 1 as a warm-up.
For the last 400-600m speed up to your race pace.

For mile 2, start at the warm-up
speed and speed up to your race pace after the first
400m.

Run mile 3 if you feel like you can hold onto your race
pace for the full mile.
