Super-slow squats
*3 squats, then hold at the bottom for 15 seconds


“Don’t Forget Your Veggies!”
3 Rounds:
5 Jumping jacks
5 Squats
5 Box jumps

**You must hold your “veggie” at all times and (pretend) to take a bite after each round. 🙂
