So here’s something new…Instead of scheduling a meeting in a conference room, office, even Starbucks, try a “walking” meeting. What a great idea! Everyone needs a little break from the office anyway. Kill three birds with one stone – get out of the stuffy office, get work done at the same time, and get a bit of exercise in too!

Conditioning

30 Handstand push-ups (regionals standard)
40 Pull-ups
50 KBS 24/16kg
60 Sit-ups (Ab-Mat, anchored)
70 Burpees

*Strict 20 minute cap.
