Coach’s Wrap-Up

We’ve had a great week here in the shop!  There has been some great effort and sweat put out and we are very proud of all of you.  Squats are looking great, athletes are coming in early to work on goats, and we’re getting better at focusing on mobility and understanding how integral it is to our progress.
