15 minutes to Establish a heavy triple of the Bear Complex:

1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Shoulder to Overhead, 1 Back Squat, 1 Shoulder to Overhead

Conditioning

L) 20 minute AMRAP of:
3 Bear Complexes @ 50% of the BBG
10 Toes-to-Bar
*Athletes can drop the weight between complexes

T1) 20 minute AMRAP of:
5 Power Clean – Heavy
Run 400m
Rest 1 Minute

T2) 15 minute AMRAP of:
Bear Complex @ 70% of the BBG
