Big schedule changes!  We are keeping the 6am class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and moving the morning class to 7am on Tuesday and Thursday!  Don’t forget, if no one is signed up for the morning class at 10PM on the previous night then we will cancel that class.  We are doing this in order to encourage the planning of your week and push people to signing up ahead of time.

The other big schedule change that was highly demanded *drum roll* Friday class at 5PM!

These changes will start next week so plan ahead!

Don’t forget about our specialty classes, olympic weightlifting and level 2.  Olympic weightlifting is open to everyone and level 2 is open to you once you talk to your primary coach about your goals and are proficient in the basic movements that we train in.  So set up a time to talk to your coach this coming week!
