Bear Complex

5 sets of the following:

7 Rounds of:

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Bar cannot touch the ground during a round with the exception of a touch-and-go for the Power Clean.  You can rest in any of the positions as long as the bar doesn’t touch the ground.  Rest as needed between sets.
