Meet the New Coaches

Everyone say hi to the new coaches! After many hours of training, studying, and preparing, Mark and Susan will now be leading classes on their own. Don’t worry- you’ll still see Jeff and Lawrence’s cute faces around the gym. Congratulate them when you come in!

Only two weeks left in the 2013 CrossFit Games Open!

Thank goodness, right? Today’s workout is a brutal ladder of Clean & Jerks and Toes-2-Bar. Don’t go too fast at the start- keeping a consistent, steady pace without gassing yourself will get you the best score. Keep the transition time between the movements to a minimum- no staring at the bar for 30 seconds!

Remember- if you’re not into the competition side of CrossFit, just treat this like a normal workout. It is NO harder, and NO longer than any other workout we do. We still want you to come train!
