The Games are here!

Everyone will have their name on the in-house Games scoreboard. Get in on Friday or Saturday to get the workout done. We’ve added 2 free classes to your memberships in order to give you the ability to make it to these additional classes.

Everyone will do these workouts RX. You will do it to the best of your ability. If you can not do the workout prescribed YOU WILL TRY at least once. If you decide that you can not do the workout RX then you will tell your judge that you are scaling the workout. They will record a score for the part of the workout you completed RX and you will be allowed to finish the workout scaled. ONLY THE RX PORTION OF THE WORKOUT WILL GO ON THE SCOREBOARD.

Athletes! There is immense training value in the way we are going about this year’s Open. We want you to get a grasp of what your weaknesses are and what your strengths are so you will have a complete picture of who you are as an athlete. That is why you will attempt every workout RX. Once you attempt the workout and choose to complete it scaled (if you decide to modify the workout) there is still immense training value in coming back and destroying the workout with the scaled weight.

Maintain your bodies in these coming weeks. Minimum 30 minutes of mobility the night before you come in for the Open workout. Get good food in your body for at least 2 days prior to the workout. Get good sleep in the nights leading up to each workout.
