Let’s see some ENERGY when you walk in these doors!  The warmups will get your body ready, but only you can have your MIND right.  Come in pumped to lift some weight and sweat it out.  Don’t look at the workout and say “What?  Burpees? Aww, man!”  No one wins with that perspective.  I wanna see “What?  BURPEES!  FUCK YEAH.”

EVERY challenge you face in here is an opportunity for making yourself BETTER.  Embrace it!
