Kiersten believes:

“I believe nothing is impossible. I also believe that everyone has the opportunity to change. But with change you have to be willing to make a change. Not for others but for yourself. This journey is not just about the number on the scale. Yes those are awesome goals to set but it’s about loving the process and what you learn throughout it. The days when you are exhausted and feel like you can’t  do it anymore are the days that matter the most. Those are the days when you conquer yourself and the person you used to be. Once you learn to shut off all the negativity around you and start ignoring the “I can’t” and start paying more attention to the “I can and will” then you have already accomplished so much. Beating your mind is the strongest thing you can do! I don’t believe in excuses. You either want it or don’t. It’s simple.”
