It’s testing week!!!! Who’s SUPER excited?! Be prepared, Lawrence my have his bullhorn by now. :) Do you remember your numbers from the last testing week? If not, pull out that journal or whatever it is that you use to keep track of your numbers and refresh yourself. We should all be mentally and physically prepared to see those numbers get higher. (Well let’s face it, if you participated in the yoga seminar this past Saturday you’re ahead of the game mentally!) Get some good sleep (see Saturday’s post), eat clean, and get your ujjayi (victorious) breath on! (Just one of the yoga terms we learned this weekend!)
