Testing Week!

What does that mean for you?

This week we’re going to evaluate where everyone stands, as we begin an “offseason” template for the competitors and a “back to basics” plan for the regular crowd. I really want to see everyone get ALL of these tests done, so Thursday will be a “make-up” day. Any workout you missed from Monday through Wednesday can be made up Thursday, and we’ll see about making up workouts on Fri/Sat next week. Let’s slam some bars this week.
