TESTING WEEK IS HERE! We’ve got a big week ahead of us so plan it out right that way you can get all the big numbers in. Thursday will be a makeup day so if you miss a test of the 1RM Back Squat, 3RM Back Squat, or 1RM Snatch, then that will be your day to do those lifts. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are our priority lifts for this cycle! Eat right and rest this week, get those big numbers!

Monday: 1RM Snatch, Diane
Tuesday: 1RM HBBS, 400m Run
Wednesday:Isabel
Thursday: 1RM Deadlift, 1RM Push-Press, Make-up Day
Friday: 3RM Back Squat, ME Double-Unders, ME Pull-Ups, 1km Row
Saturday: Make-up Day or Team WOD
