There are always questions about nutrition and how to eat better. Most think they have to give up their favorite foods when in reality, there is not much that you have to give up. It’s just a matter of substituting better ingredients. I was given a recipe for Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies that are amazing! They’re still cookies, so don’t go eating an entire dozen! But, they are great for satisfying your sweet tooth!
