Our next phase of training starts this week!

I gotta say, last week’s PR’s were really freaking cool. Maybe….just MAYBE…this stuff is working!

In case you don’t know, we really geek out on this programming stuff. We’re constantly studying different books and blogs for things that work, things that don’t, and the most effective ways of programming for such a broad audience. Think about it- our current members range in age from 20 to 70, with completely different athletic backgrounds, with completely different abilities and goals. It’s our job to put together a broad, comprehensive program that does 3 main things. 1) Educate, 2) Condition, and 3) Entertain. Wait, what was that last one? That’s right, entertain! Having fun while you’re working out is the secret ingredient!

We’ve learned a TON over the last 10 months of training everyone here. This last phase of training was fantastic- everyone is getting stronger and faster. The next phase will continue that trend, with even more emphasis on range of motion, skills/techniques, and achieving individual goals.
