Have you been watching the Games?  Check it out to see some amazing athletes do what we love best.  Move large loads over long distances very quickly!

Keep an eye out for changes to the schedule.  After next week we will be moving our 530PM class to 500PM and our 630PM class to 600PM.  The 500PM class will become a beginner level class.  It is recommended for everyone who has been training with us less than a month or anyone who wants more focus on movement patterns and skill work.  600PM will stay all levels.  We are doing this because classes are starting to fill up (which is great!) and we want to make sure that we are giving people appropriate options for classes in order to get the best coaching they can get.
