The LAST Day of Testing!
First off, everyone has been kicking ASS all week. And that’s EXACTLY how it should be! Always improving. We saw some pretty big Jerk numbers yesterday, so let’s keep the PR gravy train rolling right through the weekend.
Today we’ll be doing 1RM Clean, followed by 1RM Deadlift. They seem pretty similar…but are DRASTICALLY different in execution. Here’s a fantastic video demonstrating this difference:
