Ring Rows/Kettlebell Swings
AbMat Sit-ups/Over-the-Box Burpees
One team member will work on 1 movement while the other team member works on the other movement in the set. During the rest period the team members will alternate movements. Each team member will work for 16 total rounds before moving on to the second pair of movements.
