Make sure you come into the gym ready to rock and roll! Do a little general warm-up prior to class and wake up the body. We’ll be doing a modified version of “The Outlaw Total”! So mobilize, sleep well, and get an apple and some almond butter in your belly…this is going to be awesome!

Min 0:00 – 10:00 Snatch Progression Warm-up
Min 10:00 – 20:00 1RM Snatch
Min 20:00 – 30:00 1RM Clean and Jerk
Min 30:00 – 35:00 Clean-up
Min 35:00 – 50:00 15 minute “Cindy”
