This Wednesday, February 13th is Bring-your-Honey Day! What better time to bring in your significant other to share in the WOD pain…I mean fun. Then, this Saturday, February 16th is Bring-a-Friend Day! But WAIT – there’s MORE! (I like saying that.) On the 16th after the workout, we’re having a BBQ. A little Paleo, a little non-Paleo. Lawrence promised to have buns to go along with the hamburgers and hotdogs. Look for a sign up sheet next week in the Athlete Lounge to let us know if you’ll be bringing anything to share!
