Athletes! Challenge yourself with CrossFit Thornton’s Annual PR Challenge! This is a CrossFit Thornton only challenge! You will come in February 2nd to establish a baseline for this workout then come back on March 16th and destroy your preliminary time! Prizes go to the most improved male and female athlete! This year’s prize? Did someone say a free registration for Run For Your Lives?!?! Someone did. Also we will be giving a way a King Kong Gym Bag courtesy of our friends at The King Kong Bag. These will go to the TOP SNATCH for both men and women.

Scoring: Every athlete will have 12 minutes to complete the WOD. Every pound on the Snatch will count as 1 point. Every rep completed in the time allotted will count for 1 point. Every foot the sled is pulled will count for 1 point. If you complete the WOD then for every 5 seconds under the allotted time that remains you will receive 1 point. You must compete in the division you enter a preliminary score for. Division should reflect your kettlebell choice. If you use the 20kg/12kg (Men/Women) then go for 2 scale. If you can swing the 32kg/24kg then go RX. Use this as an opportunity to push yourself!
