The Day After

I hope you are all recovering well from the holiday and the workouts.  I am extremely proud of all our athletes who are consistently bringing it and pushing themselves day in and day out.

Remember that just because the 4th of July is on a Wednesday this year doesn’t mean that the whole week is a holiday.  It’s a holi-DAY.  Take the day off, relax, spend time with the family, but don’t forget that you still have the rest of the week to look forward to.  Maintain everything you’ve gained and be ready to bring it again when the holiday is over.

5 rounds each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely 3:00 minutes between each round.
