13.3 just dropped and it was phenomenal! Taylana Fortunado and Kristan Clever went head to head with ZERO workout specific prep and killed it! Sure, they may have done this workout once last year, but more than likely, they haven’t done it since.

Well, you are in for a treat today. Like every Thursday during the open we are going to use this last chance workout to dial in any needed skills for the Open workout on Friday. Chances are you’ve already worked on this stuff during your training time here, we just want to give you a warm and fuzzy that you can actually do these lifts and gymnastics movements come game time. So don’t think of it as a last minute cram session. Think of it as your final wind call to dial in your scope before sending out the shot that counts.
