Boom! Another badass Open workout has come down the pipe! This one is a classic. Simple, straight-forward, and right to the point: 7 min AMRAP: 3 Clean and Jerk, 3 Toes-to-Bar, 6 Clean and Jerk, 6 Toes-to-Bar, 9 Clean and Jerk, 9 Toes-to-Bar, and up and up and up.

Who doesn’t love rep ladders?!?! Crazy people, that’s who! So now you know, and today you are going to get in the shop and work on linking those toes-to-bar. Then you are going to work on that clean and jerk. Then you are going to mobilize to your little heart’s content, get some good food in you, and then get some great sleep; because Friday, this shit is on!
