Conditioning

L) 3 rounds of:
10 Overhead Lunges @ 55-65% RPE
20 Burpees
30 Double-Under

T1) 15 min AMRAP of:
200m Run
10 Overhead Lunges @ 45-55% RPE

T2) 5 rounds of:
4 Power Snatch + Lunge (1 Power Snatch + 1 Lunge on Left Leg + 1 Lunge on Right Leg) @ 80% of #1
20 Burpees
Rest 1 min.
