So the last you heard the Whole Life Challenge Pre-Game Huddle is being held this Friday. Unfortunately we need to push back the Pre-Game Huddle so we are moving that to Friday the 14th of September at 5:30PM. We will have a bunch of information to put out to you on that day pertaining to the Whole Life Challenge so be sure to make it. The Challenge Kick-Off is the next day, Saturday the 15th so we will be doing our baseline workout and measurements that day. Class will be at it’s normal time of 10:00AM and the WLC Pre-Lims will begin at 12:01PM (the extra minute is to prevent confusion between midnight and noon). The tentative plan is to get everyone’s measurements PRIOR to the workout so we will spend the first portion of the event doing that in the office area and from there we will move onto the gym floor for the workout.
Harvest Fest is this weekend! Come to the park here and say hi to Lawrence then get your time on the board for a short WOD he’ll have planned for you. We will be there all day so come at your leisure.

1a) 3XME UB Ring Dips – rest 30 sec.
1b) 3X20 UB KB Snatches (each arm) – heaviest possible (not lighter than last week), rest 30 sec.
1c) 3X5 Press in Split – heavier than last week, rest 30 sec.
1d) 3X5 Clean Hi-Pulls (chest height) – medium/heavy, rest 30 sec.
