GUEST DAYS ARE HERE!

I know how excited you all are for this! You’ve been showing off in front of your SOs (significant others), doing push-ups in front of your friends, even cooking paleo meals for your family! And now is your chance to bring them into the shop to see what it is that you do when you are not around!

Every workout this weekend is open to the public so bring in your friends and family and help them get their sweat on!

Kettlebell Swings

5 Minute AMRAP:
Kettlebell Thruster

*In teams of two one partner will perform kettlebell swings/kettlebell thrusters while the other partner runs. When the second team member returns from the run they will take over performing kettlebell swings/kettlebell thrusters while the first partner begins to run. Score is total number of kettlebell swings and kettlebell thrusters performed.

*Every minute on the minute team member will each perform 3 burpees.
