30 Mins to Establish a 1RM Back Squat

*If you did not complete the back squat work for the past 2 months then complete 5 x 1 HBBS

Conditioning

L) 10 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Overhead Lunge @ 55-65% RPE
15 Push-up
20 Sit-up

T1) 15 Minute AMRAP of:
20 Overhead Lunge @ 45-55% RPE
400m Run

T2) 12 Minute AMRAP of:
6 Overhead Lunge @ 85-95% RPE
10 Box Jump 32/24
14 Plyo Push-Up
