High Bar Back Squat: 5 @ 60%, 5 @ 70%, 2 x 5 @ 75% – Rest 90 seconds between sets.

Conditioning

L) Every Minute on the Minute for 5 minutes:
3 Front Squats @ 75-85% RPE
*For the remainder of the minute complete as many Muscle-Ups as possible
