In case you haven’t noticed, there’s a new link over there on the right that takes you to our Whole Life Challenge info page.  Recipes, websites, info, all you need to know will be consolidated over there!

Don’t forget that this Saturday we will be at the Aurora Shooting Victims Charity WOD!  Do not come to the shop, we won’t be here, we’ll be WODing it up in the park with Bighorn CrossFit and Anchor CrossFit.
