Motivation

I remember a workout sometime back that was similar to today’s particular workout.  During one of the rest periods I had a quick talk with the athletes about the necessity of putting on your game face and to stop feeling weak.

CrossFit has a way of making you feel weak.  But regardless of how hard the work may be your attitude can change a lot of things.  70% of how you feel is how you decide to feel.  If you decide to feel weak and overcome by the weight or workload then I can guarantee that the work is going to get the best of you.  But if you put your game face on and attack the work with aggression then the WOD won’t know what hit it.

Here is Michelle Jenneke showing some pre-work motivation.
