So, wall balls…who loves ‘um!! Apparently, not many. However, they are our friend; they humble us and if we treat them right, they can make us better athletes. What I mean by that is any movement that you don’t like is probably because you’re not great at that particular one. Those things that we don’t like, we should do more of!

While we’re getting ready to hear the release of the CrossFit Open 13.4 this Wednesday, psych yourself up for being excited for whatever comes down the hopper! We all do CrossFit for a variety of reasons, but one that is pretty consistent for everyone is the way we feel when we’ve finished a WOD – especially when there’s a movement we dislike more than others. I know that whether I did well or not, I’m happy that I’m out of breath and gasping for air. I came across something once that read, No one ever said, ‘I wish I hadn’t gone to the gym today’. So true.

I am one that REALLY dislikes wall balls…so yes, I’m going to try and listen to my own words and embrace the suck. :)
