Alright…we’ve found it. The latest exercise craze is here – Laughing. Yep, with a bit of lunges too. I guess it’s better crying!

All Levels WOD
Strength
20 minutes to establish a 1RM HBBS

Conditioning
Run 400m @ 80% – rest 2 minutes.

Run 400m @ 90% – rest 3 minutes.

Test:

Run 400m – all out

Level 1 WOD
Same as above
