Strength

Back Squat

20 minutes to establish a 5 rep max

Conditioning

5 rounds of:

200m Run
Rest 30 Seconds
ME Push-Up
Rest 30 Seconds
ME Pull-Up
Rest 30 Seconds

*Once you start your first push-up you can not rest on the ground or lift your hands or feet off the ground. Doing any of these actions terminates your max effort and you must proceed to ME Pull-ups.
