Don’t forget that this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are Guest Days! Every class on these days is free to ANYONE…so, there are no excuses! Everyone is welcome – young, old, fit, once-fit, never-fit…even you uber-athletes! Everyone is sure to get a great workout. And if you’ve never Crossfitted before, you’re in for a great surprise! I wince at saying ‘start the year off right’, because I’m not big on ‘new years’ resolutions; but, this is the time when everyone is trying to get back to whatever normal schedule you had before the holidays. Make it a new normal and see what all the Crossfit hoopla is about!
