Announcements!

You can now buy drop-in classes online through the ZenPlanner Schedule!  Right now we are only allowing current athletes to purchase drop-in classes for $10.00.  If you are from out of town and visiting or if you want to give our program a try before joining, call us and we will set something up for you.

We are still looking for athletes who are interested in interning at the shop.  For those of you who have already expressed interest, we will be sending out an e-mail by the last week of the month on when our end of the month staff meeting will be taking place.

WOD

12 minutes to establish a 3RM Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Push Press.

-then-

4 rounds for time of:

5 Power Snatches 115/75#
10 BB Step-ups 20″ 115/75#
20 Lateral Burpees

*Every 3 minutes beginning on the 3rd minute, no matter where the athlete is on the WOD, the BB must be held overhead (using a snatch grip) for 30 seconds. If the bar is dropped at any time during the 30 seconds, there is a 20 penalty Burpee to be performed after the WOD is complete.
