Alright…we needed the snow. Yay for moisture. But really, we’re all tired of the winter weather! I’m ready for Spring, even Summer! Bring on the heat! Spring and Summer is when all the fun races and runs happen. I’m not a fan of running, but even I’m considering taking part in some around here. That’s big! Did you know that there’s a right and wrong way to run? Crazy, but yes. CrossFit Thornton is holding an endurance program that will teach you the right way.
