Fish Oil and You

We talk about fish oil a lot…so what’s the deal? Fish oil is a fantastic source of Omega-3 oils (EPA/DHA) that have substantial effects on your circulatory system. Mainly reducing global inflammation, reducing bad cholesterol (LDL), increasing good cholesterol (HDL) and reducing your triglyceride count. Sounds like a recipe for curing heart disease, right? So why aren’t you taking your fish oil?
