What are you having for lunch?

We talked about consistency yesterday, so what are you having for lunch today?  Did you run out to Chick-fil-a (omg its SO GOOD) or pack yours?

Above is a picture of what I’m having- mixed veggies cooked in olive oil and garlic, grilled chicken with Mrs. Dash seasoning, half an avocado, and some blackberries.  This is as simple as it gets!  The BIG key here is to PACK YOUR LUNCH!  This is so huge for staying consistent while you’re at work or away from home.
