-Partner wall balls 20/14 (

-Synchronized deadlifts 155/105 (

-Cal on bike

-Synchronized burpees over bar (


*P1 & P2 start at the wall balls, P3 & P4 don’t start until P1 & P2 ‘s first 2

min station is done and at which time they (P3 & P4) will come in and then start

their wall balls. This work out will be scored with teams total #reps.
