-Slam balls 40/30

-Bench press 135/95

-Slam ball squat cleans (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nk0GqeSTJs ) with SB

-Off box push ups (feet on the box)

*Slam ball has to be heavy other wise it defeats the purpose of this work out.
