3 Rounds-

1 Minute overhead KB hold (R)

1 Minute overhead KB Hold (L)

10 Squat Jumps

5 Burpees

A. Strength- Overhead Squats 5×5 (From the rack)

*If overhead position is a weakness, perform 10 overhead squats with a PVC facing the wall between each working set

B. 10 Minute AMRAP-

5 Ring Muscle-ups

5 Squat Cleans (185/135)
