Awesome work last week! You all did phenomenally! Testing week is now over but that doesn’t mean that you can’t hit your milestones. Remember to bring in your tracking sheet and whenever you hit a milestone have the coach sign-off on it so you can move up the Athletic Levels.

5X2 Pause Snatches (3 count pause at the knee)
heavy but NO MISSES, absolute strict pause at the knee
