A little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing; get up and get moving to restart your brain and boost your energy. Lead by example to help others achieve their goals both mentally and physically.
Andrea started her CrossFit journey in June 2011 and has not only become passionate about CrossFit and the ability to transform an individual but also the knowledge, motivation, and tools she can share with others to help them reach their optimal fitness goals.
When not in the gym she enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones and friends.
